What is included in Essential and Complete?
Essential includes the Winkie house; accessories are sold separately. Complete adds one matching-size Front Porch, one Storage Box and one Feeding Station. The Storage Box and Feeding Station are one size. Each Winkie home includes one complimentary standard personalized nameplate, shipped separately and possibly arriving at a different time. Accessory-only purchases do not include a nameplate. Pet portraits and feeding bowls are not included.

How Pre-Orders Work

Each color and size needs 30 eligible paid customers to move into production. Essential and Complete count toward the same goal.
Each customer counts once per color and size, even when buying more than one home. Different colors and sizes have separate production goals; either size can proceed when its own goal is met.
If the goal isn't reached by the deadline, the affected pre-orders will be canceled and fully refunded.
Thirty is the production goal, not a limit on the number of homes available.
Estimated dispatch dates are subject to production and shipping conditions.
