These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of lumicedar.com (the “Store”). The Store is operated under the Lumicedar brand by Paisend Global Limited (“Lumicedar”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Natural wood grain, colour and texture can vary. Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The purchase contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. Please review product, delivery and payment details before submitting your order. We may contact you if information is incomplete or requires verification.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the selected market. For customers shopping in the Germany market, displayed product prices include German VAT. No additional German VAT is added to the displayed product price at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown before the order is submitted.

Payments are processed securely by the payment providers offered at checkout, which may include Shopify, PayPal, Airwallex and Klarna. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply. Community Member codes are product- and market-specific, cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated, and must be entered before the order is completed.

6. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown on the Store and at checkout. Germany orders are dispatched from our Germany warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, address issues or events outside our reasonable control. Please see our Shipping Policy for current details.

7. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

We provide a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. For a change-of-mind return, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. This does not affect rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Consumers in the European Union also have the statutory right to withdraw from most distance contracts within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact info@lumicedar.com before sending any item back so that we can provide the current return authorization, reference and routing instructions. Do not send returns without authorization.

8. Product use and safety

Follow the assembly, care and safety instructions supplied with the product and displayed on the relevant product page. Products are intended for pet use and are not toys for children. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe. GPSR manufacturer, importer and EU representative information is displayed per SKU on applicable European product pages.

9. Statutory rights and warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory conformity and warranty rights that apply in the consumer’s country of residence. Any voluntary commercial promise is additional to, and does not replace, those rights.

10. Intellectual property

Store content, including text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Lumicedar and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, collect personal data without authority, or use the Store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

12. Third-party services and Shopify

The Store is hosted by Shopify. Sales are made by Paisend Global Limited, not Shopify. Links or tools supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create an account or place an order.

14. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers in the European Union of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version published at the time of an order applies to that purchase unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
