Shipping & Delivery
Germany
- Shipping fee: Free standard delivery on eligible orders placed through the Germany market.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Dispatch location: Our Germany warehouse in Werne.
- VAT: Product prices shown for Germany include German VAT.
- Customs: No customs charges apply to domestic deliveries within Germany.
Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. Remote postcodes, islands, restricted-access locations or addresses that require special handling may be unavailable or may require a separate quotation. If checkout does not provide a valid delivery method, please contact info@lumicedar.com before ordering.
United States

- Dispatch location: Orders are dispatched from our regional warehouse.
Other countries
We only accept orders for countries and addresses for which a valid delivery method is displayed at checkout. If your country or postcode is unavailable, we do not currently offer direct checkout delivery to that destination.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier capacity, peak periods, weather, public holidays or address-access conditions.
Many Lumicedar products are large solid-wood parcels. Delivery is generally made to the address or building entrance specified by the carrier. Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that someone can receive the parcel where required.
