Express Delivery (3–7 Business Days)
• Free shipping on all orders (no minimum spend required).
• Orders are shipped from our regional warehouse to ensure faster delivery.
Order Processing
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery Service
• Express deliveries are fulfilled via UPS (or equivalent partner courier).

Delays During Peak Periods
• During promotion and sale periods, there may be slight delays due to increased order volumes.
• Any expected delays will be communicated during the checkout process.
Special Notes for Large Items
• As our products are made of solid cedar wood, they are larger and heavier than typical parcels. Delivery may require contactless drop-off at your front door or assistance in moving the package indoors.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
