As time passed, I began to notice something.
Kiki had her favorite spot — near the cedar wood bench in our workshop.
She’d curl up there for hours, away from noise, away from anything synthetic or cold.
No plastic crates. No painted boxes. Just raw wood and the scent of something real.
That’s when I realized:
She wasn’t just choosing comfort.
She was choosing what made her feel safe.

Kiki was the first to step into the prototype.
She didn’t hesitate.
She simply walked in, turned once, and settled —

That moment stayed with me.
